Working on 3GI project: Reading of electrical diagrams (single line, schematic, P&ID and etc.) Working on Schneider Electric equipments; Commissioning activities with vendors, testing of low-voltage power circuit breakers on Switchgear cells; Commissioning of HVAC equipments (fans, compressors, heaters and etc.); Commissioning of rotating equipment (air coolers fans, pumps, heaters, uploading settings of ASD or VSD) and switchgears cubicles protection relays (SEL); Working by LOTO system

Working at Kashagan project (Offshore): Reading electrical diagrams (single line, schematic, P&ID and etc.); Maintenance of electrical equipment: Measuring insulation resistance by Megger insulation tester, measuring of windings resistance of motors, transformers, heaters by Fluke multimeter, measuring of AC/DC voltage and current, loop check of cable cores; Installation of power cables and heat tracing lines glands produced by Raychem, Thermon, Tyco Thermal; Replacing of circuit breakers produced by ABB, Siemens, Schneider Electric; Modernization and installation of Chromalox heaters; Installation of additional equipments; Laying, broaching of cables of different cross-sections; Troubleshooting of equipments, relays, protective devices; Working on the cubicles of the Skema Tozzi: replacement and uploadind settings of the Motor Manager 2 (MM2) relay, replacement and adjustment of the DER 2/3 relay, troubleshooting; Inspection of switchgears (distribution boards), high-voltage and low-voltage equipment for various purposes; Replacement of motors bearings ; Team working with HVAC, Instrument, mechanical, operations; Discharging/reverse charging of FIAMM batteries, replacement of UPS batteries and service/starter batteries of emergency diesel generators; Replacement of spare parts of BORRI UPS (cards, fans and etc.); Working on lighting produced by Chalmit Lighting: replacement of ballasts, ignitors; Working on transformers: replacement of dielectric oil, high voltage breakdown oil test, replacement of cooling elements, replacement of absorbent material (silica gel); Working by LOTO system.
