Customer service responsibilities (metallurgical plants): • Work with orders: plants in Russia and Europe • Work in SAP (modules SD, MM, PP) • Sales of goods and services • Payment control • Work with complaints • Contract management • Control of agreed KPI’s • Supervising and training new employees Logistics responsibilities: • Supervising of the involved warehouse • Work with the warehouse through EDI • Verification and confirmation of invoices for payment for domestic transportation and warehouse services • Work in SRM • Organization of domestic transportation • Shipment of products according to the FIFO • Stock level management • Organization and implementation of inventory • Organization of international transportation of dangerous goods by the terms (DAP, Incoterms 2010) • Work with a customs broker • Preparation and verification of documents for customs clearance • New product certification • Control of agreed KPI’s

Logistics responsibilities: • Order management: Russian and Europe plants • Forecasting: supervise the short term (3 month) and long term (next year) forecasting process in SAP • Managing of the project for implementation of new planning system SAP APO • Organization of domestic transportation JIT based on FIFO • Organization of International transportation of danger goods (FCA,CPT, temporary importation) • Stock control • Organization and implementation of inventory • Dead stock management • Communication with customs broker • Preparing and checking of documents for customs clearance (TIR, CMR, goods description, invoices, additions to the contracts etc.) • Certification for new products • Supervise outsourcing warehouse • Participation in tenders • Control of agreed KPI’s Customer service responsibilities (automotive and automotive components plants): • Work in SAP (modules SD and MM) • Work with EDI • Sales of goods and services • Control of payment • Work with reclamations • Contract management • Control of agreed KPI’s • Accepting invoices (domestic and international freight, warehouse) and dividing between cost centers • Coaching new employees
