STEKLOIMPEX LLC is an exclusive distributor of MAC VALVES Inc of Wixom, MI in Russian Federation and Customs Union.
We create pneumatic solutions for harsh environment, such as high speed and high temp applications, solutions for contaminated areas, explosion-proof and heavy-duty solutions etc..
Responsibilities:
- Sales, presale and marketing activities.
- Establishment and management of direct sales in B2B segment
- Personal management of most important contracts (key accounts in food&beverage, automotive and tyre industry).
- Leading a team of 4 people.
- Management of current business issues (placing orders in Europe, import - pneumatic valves, sales to local OEMs, oil and gas industry, automotive industry, food&beverage etc ),
- Team management ( introduction of motivation system, staff couching, distribution of responsibilities, control of terms and quality of plan fulfillment ),
- Strategic and operative planning, financial planning.
- Management of internal business process, control of projects execution,
- Cooperation with business partners (suppliers from EU), dealership contracts.
- Internal and external documentation turnover,
- Elaborating of KPIs for distant employees (regional managers), managing a network of distant employees
- Debts control and credit terms control, reclamation management.
- Optimization of business process and sales structure,
- Creation and introduction of new offers for further Company development,
- Market development analysis, competitors analisys, new Customers search,
- Permanent work with Customers, development of relationships,
- Technical and commercial negotiation with potential Customers, elaboration of terms of contracts, full cycle client service.
- Establishing of personal and business relations with all levels Customer structure ( technologists, engineers, Purchasing department, etc. - DMs at all levels ),
- Representation of the Company at international forums, conferences, exhibitions, etc ( promotion, reports, presentations ).
